This was the first book with the trope of 'fated mates' that I have read. I enjoyed it. It had a cosy fantasy vibe and I really liked the character of Nick in particular, it took me longer to warm to Vi but that's just my personal preference. It was an enjoyable read and nicely written. I would read more by this author. Thank you to Netgalley, the author, and the publisher for this ARC.
