Next up is Nemesis Mine by Amy Archer 

I really enjoyed this book, the writing is witty and the book is well paced. There is the classic villain with a heart of gold (somewhere deep in that lair of his) and Maximillian as his love interest. I felt like they had great chemistry and I really wanted them to get together. 
The world building was good but maybe was a bit too superficial but still I enjoyed the characters so much that I'm willing to overlook it. This book fits well into the conventions of Romantasy, nothing groundbreaking as the romance hits the tropes and is unsurprising but that is not the point. It is an enjoyable read and I loved the characters.

Life Hacks For A Little Alien Alice Franklin

  A story for everyone who has ever felt just that little bit different.  The tale of Little Alien is heartwarming and we follow how they navigate the world around them through the book they are trying to understand, it is t old from the second perspective.  When the Alien discovers the unusual Voynich manuscript she becomes convinced that it will explain the mysteries of the world, and ultimately herself too.  .Personally second point of perspective is a little bit tricky to read at times as its not something I overly choose to read. It's a very quick read and does flow well and it is broken at times by footnotes.  Thank you NetGalley as always and to little, Brown and Company for sending this book to review.

Book Review The Great When by Alan Moore 'Dennis Knuckleyard is a hapless eighteen-year-old who works and lives in a second-hand bookstore. One day, his boss and landlady, Coffin Ada, sends him to retrieve some rare books, one of which, Dennis discovers, should not exist. A London Walk by Rev. Thomas Hampole is a fictitious book that appears in a real novel by another author. Yet A London Walk is physically there in his hands, nonetheless'.   and so begins this fantasy novel. Really great storyline, Moore creates a richly detailed London that draws you in. It is surreal and sarcastic at times with bleak elements too. At times it is a little challenging to read, but the pacing is good despite a slightly slow start. I was only familiar with Moore's graphic novel but this was really good.
